The reason I'm sitting here posting mindless and wordy memes is because I'm sick. I blame the Beastie for this, since he was sick for about a week around Thanksgiving. I've been low-level sick for a while now, and Thursday night my asthma started acting up even more than the more-than-usual it's been lately. This developed into frequent coughing fits that resulted in thick yellow mucous, which, while icky, did help my very raspy breathing. My voice now sounds high-pitched and gravelly, and I'm going from hot to cold, and finally have a (n albeit low-grade) fever to go with all my other symptoms, which now include exhaustion, and not being able to do much of anything, in spite of sleeping all day.

shelchan, this is why I haven't contacted you... I'll try to stop by tomorrow, on my way back from the doctor, and not breathe on you, or something like that.)
I'm now at that stage where I'm tired of being in bed, and not too keen on being upright, either, but here I am at the computer, doing memes, and since I'm feeling somewhat addled, getting really wordy in the process. I'll probably wander around most of the night, even though going from one room to another wears me out.
Bleh.
