Taking a cue from my husband, I was wondering about http://www.bored.com, and happened upon a link that sends you to the wonderful world of Saturday morning cartoons from back in the day.

Now, I remember some cartoons I just *loved* from back then, and there was this particular one... I couldn't remember anything about it, other than a teacher, a student named Kim, and her (the teacher's) cat Tut-Tut. The teacher would draw a door and utter the incantion "Oh, Tut-Tut, cat of ancient lore, it's time to draw the magic door!" in this singsongy voice. Leave it to me to remember that part about the cat.

And I found it!!!!!! I'm so way psyched about this, if for no other reason than to know there's proof the damn cartoon existed. I also found other shows I loved as a kid... Isis, the original Land of the Lost (those sleestacks scared the shit out of me when I was little), Lassie's Rescue Rangers...

Gods, I am SUCH a geek.

But I'm still going to blame said geekiness on Glenn's "bad" influence!!!

Here are the links, in case anyone wants them:
