Name: K'La Albertini
Nickname: none that I currently use; in the past, most commonly "Quib"
Occupation: licensed practical nurse (currently doing laser hair removal and home health care (quadriplegia)
What inspires you?: people, who have the bravery to face their own demons, and live their own lives
What do you create?: I'm trying to think of something tangible to write here, but I'm not really creative in that sense, unless you count LJ, and I question the tangibility of an online medium. So, I'll just say I create mirrors, and leave it at that. :)
What holds you back?: Myself, and only myself. Anything else is an excuse.
Where do you live and what type of landscape is it?: Atlanta, Georgia... hills and curves and trees cradling an urban sprawl with a curious loving embrace.
Does where you live make a difference in your creativity?: Not that I can tell, although I do think I'm more creative here than I was in Illinois. Perhaps it's the people I surround myself with here. Perhaps it's because I'm living on my moon line.
What is one thing you can do to make your life better?: Move!
Please share a quote/song/or artist that inspires you: "How tiny and insignificant, and how rare and precious, we all are." Jodie Foster as Ellie Araway in Contact the movie. (I don't know if this quote is in the book, 'cause I've never read it.)
