Ahhhhh... Friday

So, I had the afternoon off today, 'cause I was supposed to have a date with one of my clients, after his treatment. Except his treatment got cancelled, and he'd forgotten we were going out afterwards (for which he was extremley and I believe genuinely apologetic), so he'd made other plans. So, I just had the afternoon off. The timing was perfect to pick the blonde beastie up from the train station, grab a quick bite, drop him off at work, and do some necessity shopping. I'm now home, trying to cover up the scent of the recent flooding/carpet cleaning (don't ask) with chocolate incense. I was kinda hoping the cleaning would FIX the smell... Hmmm...

Anyway, I'm glad I'm home, because I'm exhausted. I'm going to veg and/or nap. I'm 50/50 on the karaoke thing tonight. On one hand, excellent people, good fun, cheap. On the other hand ...note the exhausted comment, above. I'm basically planning on winging it.

I'm sure it was fun this time, too! I slept for like 12 hours, though, so apparently I was as tired as I thought I was.
