Oh, and Another Thing...
Jan. 29th, 2006 06:13 pmMy cats have expressed a clear preference, not only for the Cat Attract litter I found, but for dog litter boxes (there's really nothing on the page that goes to the dog litter boxes, but you can see a picture). They're much bigger than normal cat litter boxes, and they aren't covered, which the cats seem to like. I finally got around to getting enough for the whole house, so, as a result, I have 3 litter boxes to give away.
One is your basic normal-sizes covered litter box, which looks basically like this. The other is one of those silver dome-looking booda boxes, very similar tothis, but with a side entrance, and the other is a Litter Robot, in black. There's nothing wrong with any of them, it's just that my cats don't really like them. The Litter Robot is a little fussy, and probably needs a good cleaning to make it work 100% properly, but what I always did was unplug it and replug it (either at the wall, or on the unit itself) once a day, and it would cycle through. I think it would work perfectly with the cleaning, though, and it's still better than scooping.
Anyway, let me know if you want them, and are willing to pick them up. I might consider delivering, but I'm basically lazy, so don't hold your breath. :) We live by Emory. If I don't get any results, I'll cross-post this to
atlanta, but I thought I'd give my friends list first shot at 'em.
