Even so, really, it still seems that getting a cold is STILL predicated by having the virus around, which IS what I was taught. I think the general rule I was taught was that being cold or wet didn't do a damn thing to you unless you were cold and wet with a virus around. HOWEVER, there were concessions that the strain of the body to keep itself warm in those conditions could make you more susceptible to viruses already out there. Which I guess is pretty much what the article is saying, so I guess I can't argue with that. :)
