bookofmirrorsHad a lovely day yesterday with 
WalkingBear, 
Strega42, and 
CruzWarrior. Strega42 made teh yum breakfast, and showed me her bead stuff (way cool), and then all 4 of us went over to Pam's book signing. We all left early, although WalkingBear and I stayed a little longer; then we went to grab a bite to eat. Hooters was way crowded, and I noticed there was a new Top Spice, which I had coincidentally just been telling him about, so we went there. He was duly impressed, and even got to give one of his cards away to the guy who appeared to be the owner. From there we went back to The Dreamland and hung out, looking at photos and such. I even got to see some of me that I didn't know existed! :) Strega42 and CruzWarrior came back, and we all hung out. I finally got to see how to make those damn abuelito hot chocolate things! A good time was had by all, I think. I know I had a good time. I love being social when I can be. When I am, I always wonder why I'm not more often. There's reality, of course, but I could definitely get out more than I do.
Anyway, I asked for some pics of the new hair, and was obliged, so I'm putting them under the cut. Happy days!
EDIT: Well, since I no longer have a paid account, I had to link directly to the website; it would seem LJ does NOT cut the pics down to a reasonable size. My apologies. If I ever get a paid account again, I'll fix these to go to the nicely resized copies on my machine. The ones below are fucking huge.
