More Catch-Up Memage
Oct. 8th, 2006 04:38 pmThis one is for
ckocher
1. What is your first memory? I remember being in my crib. Just vague images of being behind the slats of the rails. I clearly remember the first night I slept in a bed, probably because I fell out and got a nosebleed. :)
2. Describe what a perfect day is for you. No set time to wake up or go to sleep (i.e., no set time to wake up the next day, either), waking up with my husband and cuddling with him for as long as we like, and letting the cuddling be as is, or lead to more. Showering together, with all the time and hot water in the world, followed by breakfast out (Original Pancake House!), and an outing of some sort that we both enjoy. Maybe some shopping, but not mall-ish, more like at a local (or not) metaphysical store. Dinner out, movie, home, more cuddling. Actually, this is a pretty good example of a perfect day.
3. Tell me about your first real kiss. Hmmm... my first kiss was with Royce Rheam, on the playground, in second grade, I think. We kissed each other on the ear, so it would look like we were whispering, and we wouldn't get in trouble for kissing. My first tongue kiss was on the bus in seventh grade, I think, with Forrest Small. I remember it only because it was my first. But the kiss that came to mind was the first kiss with a very good friend of mine, to whom I later that night lost my virginity to. Danny Codespoti, who, after a passionate kiss, pulled away and said "Damn, girl, where'd you learn to kiss like that???" *blush*
4. You win $135 million in the lottery. What do you do? Pay off my bills/debts in full. Set up bank accounts for the immediate members of my family and my husband's family. Set up an account for my husband's daughter, and find a way to notify her parents. Set aside a sizable sum for
LuneNoire, 'cause that was the deal when we were all together. Pay any past debts, such as gifts for special days that I missed because I was broke at the time. Buy a sizable amount of land, build our dream house with cash, new cars, everything we want in it, all paid off completely, so we never have to worry about that again. Set aside enough money to pay off utilities, upkeep, and taxes for at least our own lifetimes. Take as many classes/workshops/etc. as my husband and I like. Set aside money to have a child. Have a live-in housekeeper and raw food cook, and include the cost of such in the upkeep fund. Charities, especially the American Cancer Society. Sizable sums for people whose services I have used and desire in the future - enough to give them a sizable sum, in exchange for which I will ask for free services for myself and my husband throughout this lifetime. Invest some via my boss/client. The rest in the bank, in a house safe, and various other hide-y holes. Most of all, though, once all that was taken care of, I'd get myself in excellent health, pursue my dreams of becoming an animal communicator, let my husband pursue his dreams of grooming and otherwise working with animals, and have a child.
5. What scares you? Anger/hatred
6. Where do you want to be in 5 years? See the above lottery question. :) I'd be happy with the animal communicator part, though.
7. What is your favorite comfort food? Hmmmm... not sure, really. Depends on my mood. I eat (plain Lipton-like with a little sugar) tea and (buttered) toast when I'm sick, though, 'cause that's what my mother gave me. She also gave me baked potatoes, but somehow I haven't carried that over.
8. What is your before-bed routine? What is your just-out-of-bed routine? Ummm.... I'm not sure I have one, really. I usually am at the computer surrounding both those times, ditto for the bathroom. I'd say that I have more of a routine in the morning, when I try to immediately brush my teeth (totally cannot STAND that morning feeling, for myself, or anyone I'm with), and clean the litterboxes.
9. What are you reading right now? Besides this? /smartass Magic Cat (an enlightened animal) Explains Creation.
10. Do you have a best friend? Tell me about him/her (don't name names, just talk about their qualities). I'd have to say, much as it pains me, that this description won't be about the person I called my best friend for years. But, that aside... Qualities: loves me deeply... accepts my love... really listens to me... supports ALL my emotions... shares my deep love for animals... tells me when I'm full of shit... holds me when I cry... is a strong and capable person in own right... truly beautiful, inside and out... cries when music touches the soul... is willing to travel inside own psyche, and mine... shares enough similar tastes and interests that we can hold a conversation... shares enough disparate tastes and interests that we can hold a conversation... is intelligent and thoughtful... takes my breath away just to see the physical form... makes me dizzy with kisses... and too many other things to list.
