bookofmirrorsSmithers is sick. I see him in the litterbox constantly, for long periods of time. A few minutes ago, he squatted over a piece of plastic on the floor. I didn't stop him, 'cause I wanted to see what happened. He was there for quite a while, and when he left, there was less than a teaspoonful of urine on the plastic. Yay, for easily cleanable. Boo for apparent UTI. He seems otherwise healthy, and, although his gums looked pale to me, so did Whimsy's. Which either means they're both sick, or that shade of pale is normal. I think a trip to the vet's on Monday is in order.
