I dreamed last night, some sort of apocalyptic dream. Now, believe me, I'm not at all known for my prophetic dreams. My husband would seem to have the corner on that market. However, it's still troubling, and even more so because, remembering this one, I have the distinct impression that I've been having similar dreams for days that I'm not remembering. I remember very little about the dream... some sort of War of the Worlds kind of scenario, at least as far as scope went. Big things coming down from the sky and all that. I remember getting the helloutta Dodge with most of the pagan community, camping somewhere. As I was waking up, I remember 
WalkingBear and I had left the safer section of the encampment we'd all moved to, and 
Strega42 and 
BlckwngdOrcl had stayed behind to deal with things in the safer area. I tried at this point to stay in the dream state, to try to bring it to some sort of (good) conclusion, but that never really happened. I remember being very worried about my cats - I had carriers for each of them, but how to lug them around? I clearly needed a cart of some sort. In the waking world, this worries me a bit, and I wonder if I should someday try to find a cart in the unlikely event of invasion by aliens or something.
In other news, I've picked up a new nursing client. Not sure for how long, but it's just a once-a-day visit for a dressing change, which I can add to my evening trips to David's. It's a bit farther out of the way, which is troubling in the short term. I finally had to give out and spend our last $10 on gas for my car, and I'm hoping/praying that it lasts till payday on Tuesday. No superfluous car trips whatsoever. Which is doubly sad, 'cause I know of at least 3 people who are moving this weekend. Now, granted, I despise moving, and would likely not do it, anyway, but you know how it is when you *can't* do something - suddenly you want to. Ditto for a bookstore date today, or even some minor grocery shopping (which we can't afford anyway, and it's not like we don't have 2 stores within walking distance of here).
So, the plan is to do some animal communication stuff, and laze around. :)
