You're right. You have to wait until at least 2 weeks after your last dose. If you can wait on your first dose until tomorrow night, though, and get there by 6pm, and are willing to skip the consultation (you should go later, though - Cher's cool), I'll do you before you start taking them, so you don't have to wait.

Leave me a text message and let me know, so I don't leave if you're running late - my phone doesn't have signal in the building.

What a bummer. I called and cancelled, and told Nicole I'd call back to reschedule when I know definitively when I'll be off the medications. Timing. Grrr.
