Ahhhhh... it's easier than you might think... :)

It's all about your convictions. You have them. You're not afraid to express them - even to a complete stranger. But, you have an open mind. You listen. You think. You're not a slave to anyone else's convictions, and especially, you're not a slave to your own. You don't shy away from considering other options, and changing your mind, or becoming more firmly convinced because of it. You can agree or disagree with someone else's convictions, and still become their friend. :)
