Caught Up
OK, I'm caught up. I was light on commenting, of course, but I think I'm caught up with everyone now.
I don't feel like posting anything right now. My time at my parents' house has inspired me to work on my own, which is what I'm going to go do. As a result, I'll likely not be going to any parties, although there are many, and some I would love to pop in on. I don't feel like I'm avoiding in doing so, simply making another choice. I made a dent in the pile yesterday, and I intend to make a bigger one today, and have it gone by the end of tomorrow. And it feels good.
However, even though I'm not planning on going out, I do find myself liking the idea of company, so if anyone wants to stop by, feel free to come watch me try to make my house livable and hospitable again. Or, in the case of this apartment, for the first time. This especially applies to the following people, because I always have ulterior motives. ;)
Savage_Rose: You alluded to BPAL for cross-stitch exchange. I've got the cross-stitch stuff. Come and get it, baby.
That_Sakka_Girl: Much as I tried to avoid it, I seem to have a decent amount of your stuff. I need to get it back to you someday.
LuneNoire: Ditto on the stuff, even though you said you didn't want it. I'm not so sure about some of the stuff I've found. Also, I have presents for you. And thank you for mine. :)
The rest of you would delight me, as well, I just don't have anything special for you. However, I do have a shitload of stuff I no longer need/want, and I'd love to give it away to friends before I cart it off to Goodwill or something. Plus, I suck at actually getting around to carting stuff off, so having someone else do it for me is a bonus, and I can feel all philanthropic about it at the same time. Heh.
Oh, and did I mention that the majority of my Christmas gifts involved coffee? I'm willing to share! ;)

I'm also curious about the payment situation - I realize you guys have had a rough couple of months, but I was just wondering when you think you'll be able to be back on track with that.
And I'm *definitely* up for some coffee, if you would like to share! We're getting a new coffeemaker soon - it was my Christmas gift from
Something we could do is have you and the Blond Beastie over for dinner one night soon, if your schedules would permit it. Let me know what you guys think about that.
*hug*

The coffee, in some cases, comes with the appropriate chocolate accompaniment. To die for. If you can catch it before we eat it.... ;)
