Just When I Think It Can't Get Any Worse...

I was just talking to my cousin online. We were just catching up. I don't talk to him often, 'cause we really don't have a whole lot in common, but he was commenting on a Nativity Festival that was going on in his local area. Apparently, it's a church fest. Let me just share with you an excerpt of this conversation:

(edited for relevance and ease of reading, and to protect the guilty) ;)

[livejournal.com profile] bookofmirrors : It has a beer garden?

LJ-Less Cousin Mark : yep lol

[livejournal.com profile] bookofmirrors : It's a church fest, you said? With a beer garden?

LJ-Less Cousin Mark : yep the catholic church

[livejournal.com profile] bookofmirrors : Well, allrighty then

I didn't even notice the part about the gambling until I started making this entry... I was still flabbergasted about the beer.
