Kefir

OK, so I picked up some gen-u-ine kefir grains the other day, and am now making my own kefir. It's TOTALLY different than what I've bought in the store, but I like the sharp, sour taste, personally (in small doses, of course). The thing that's kindasorta a problem, though, is that the grains grow... like VERY fast. So, I'm gonna have more than I know what to do with pretty quick.

If anyone's interested in making some of their own, I'll have some grains to give away pretty soon. Let me know if you want any.

Why.... Why... Of *course* not! As I'm sure you know, *raw* milk is only approved for pets in the state of Georgia... and being the law-abiding and upstanding citizen that I am, I would nevereverever do such a thing!

Of course, my *pets* tell me that the raw milk is REALLY fucking tasty, and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste that I've been getting from dairy for months now... :)

Hee... well, I'm thinking that I'll have a shitload by the first week in December, which is also about the time my schedule frees up. Happy to meet you somewhere if that works for you.
