As everyone who knows me knows, I am an enthusiastic omnivore, as is my animal, the Bear. Like the Grizzly, I am especially fond of fish. If I lived next to water and had my own garden full of veggies like my Scots/Irish/Viking forbears might have, I might be able to survive on fish and veggies, with the occasional porkchop or chicken pie thrown in. While I enjoy a steak, it doesn't call to me like fish does.
But I live inland, so I eat what I can. Guilt trips will starve me, so pass the dead animal, whose place in the world is that sacred place right next to the potatoes.
