Point #1. The 3 of you are a family unit, and since you are all capable adults, you aren't the mom. You have the right to make him get a job, though temper this being supportive. Its a fine balance.

Point #2. Coming from another woman who has the "superwoman" syndrome, take it from me, You don't need to be the superwoman. It is only contributing to a potiential heart problem. (I am very worried about those chest pains, dear). Again, you have 2 capable men in your life who both love you. Granted [livejournal.com profile] lunenoire is having surgery again on Monday, but he helps when he isn't down for medical reasons I am sure. Don't feel badly about asking them for help. They want to help, I'm sure, but may not know how best to help, so they are waiting for a cue from you. (Ryan does many things for me, but usually waits for me to ask. It's not that he is being lazy or unattentive, he is just not wanting to get in my way. I'm not a nazi about things, but I do have a system...lol)

Point #3. I did say earlier to be supportive. I say this because the job market sucks right now. Really sucks. Just ask Ryan's mom, Eric, or Dylan and Dwayne. He does need to apply for jobs he would normally pass up. At this point no job is demeaning. Fast food, retail, etc. It may not be the money he is used to making, but it is something. Something is better than nothing. Especially if his days off can be during the week when he can continue to hunt for the position that will rock his socks off.

When you are feeling social again, come over on a Friday night. Ryan goes out with Bryan for a guys night out so I usually do some "me" time at home. I am looking to get a tuning fork for Chakra work...wanna be my guinea pig, little girl? *rubs hand together gleefully* I also do crystal and color therapy. Maybe I can work on that heart problem if going to a doctor isn't in the budget right now. (When are doctors ever?) Incidentally, have you thought about a hemitite pendant? Hemitite helps blood flow through the heart.

Doctor Holly signing off.....
